How does your auxiliary fit into the fire scene? Are you an active part of firefighter care on the scene - helping maintain hydration and watching for warning signs of FF fatigue / stress or are you a 'coffee, tea or me gals'
Our's has been the later, but there are some of the newbies who see the importance of a role that we could/should be playing.
Have any of you made this transition and if so how and what challenges did you come up against?
