"WannaBe" Officers
I need help!!!in my station there are a select few that do not like to follow the SOP's and believe that they are exempt from these rules.Often this father and son duo push the limits too far but no reprocussions have been leveled by the line officers.what can i do to encourage the chief and others to realize what risks these two pose to the department?

WOW, It sounds like your on your own for this one, I say that only because you seem to be the only one that has these problums. If the Officers don't see it, and the Chief can't see it, I can't see anything being done to change it.

What have they done? Have you talked to one of the officers? It's possible that the officers and chief don't see it or want to see it, if you make a deal of it they might help.
