Volunteer FDs in different countries
Okay Ive been looking around (nothing to deep) and have been unable to find any information on volunteer fire departments in different countries (aside from the US, Canada and Australia) So if your from another country how does everything work over there from responding to the firehouse to the types of rigs you use.
Also does anyone know of any US style fire apparatus in europe or vice versa?

Japan has volunteer fire and ems members in most of the major cities and out in the country sides of the country.
They work along side the career members of the cities fire depts to provide extra help. There are also private fire teams in businesses that work with the major fire depts.
