The Montana Highway Patrol also says a 14-year-old boy was critically injured in the Saturday morning crash.
Trooper Tammy Perkins says weather was a contributing factor when the truck hit the guardrail. She says the trailer pushed the truck off the bridge.
Officials say the 49-year-old driver Douglas Ray Jacobsen and his brother-in-law 45-year-old Richard Daniel Streissguth, were on their way from Clark County, Wash., to Bozeman to pick up an antique fire engine.

Just as we are getting ready for the memorial service tomorrow for the 4 lakewood police officers that were gunned down in our state I hear the news of 2 fellow firefighters have been killed in an accident. What a horrible month this has been for us all! My thoughts are with all the family and friends of these 2 men. I am so sorry for your loss
sincerely

We are deeply saddened by the news. May their families and fellow firefighters find peace. We'll be thinking of them even though this happened weeks ago.
