To All Firefighter Nation Members

I am a Vo. firefighter, here in my local town/ and county. I was just thinking how things are done around the world and country, (other than upstate new york 30mins from canada). How do you guys make it work.? How you keep your Dept going, fundraiseing exct. and stuff like that. We do fine but if theres anything that we can makes a change for the good. I would like to here it to maby see whats differnt. What eles we can do.?
