I have not run across a Drager, but Scott and MSA are not the same connection. I would suspect all manufacturers have a different system.
The Chief is correct, the answer is No.

I would like to add that some of the same brand SCBA's their own masks will not work from different generations.
Our dept. just got new SCBA's and each one we looked at was different. The HUD and voice amps were all wired and connected differently.Captain 4 is right too.BIG difference between different manufacturers 2nd stage regulators.
no need for me to respond.
oops...too late.
Absolutely not.

No manufacturer will certify their SCBA if parts from any other manufacturer are used.

Manufacturers intentionally make their mask connections physically incompatible with any other manufacturer's 2nd stage regulators to prevent the sort of thing your question asks.
No...you will find different mfgs. use different face pieces.....
I agree with Chief Mike. I would never mix and match. I think it might even void out any warranty there is on the equipment.
Okay... Thank you brothers for replying to this
