Opticom system (traffic light managers) do you have them and do you like them?

I know a lot of the bigger cities are using them but do you like them or do you see a lot of problems with the opticom system?

Turner rescue has it on one of its ambulances we use it all the time when we have to go to the hospital with a serious patient. It works most of the time. it is a great idea to get if you have traffic light is your town.
