One step closer to a fulltime department :)

We now have a fulltime Chief, Al is a great guy and he's also a member here on FFN. This is a BIG step for our department from what we were 5 years ago. Now we push on for a couple fulltime ff's in the future.

Congratulations. It is always good to see positive progress in the service. It is just a shame that you have to rely on township supervisors that have no idea of what,where, and why. Which is multiplied when it is a joint agreement such as yours. I wish your Chief and Company well.

Congratulations, just remember that it takes time and money to continue to go forth with more paid employees. Just don't get discouraged, and good luck.
