My department has recently been getting more juniors wanting to join. When the program started we wanted 5 junior spots because on a call we didn't want 12 explorers and only 2 regular members show. So our department leader had went to the regular department wanting them let us have more then 5 juniors/ explorers and the ones joining could not run on calls. So could you departments with more then a certain number of juniors comment on how you do this?
