I hear that it is being considered to add to the Fire/EMS curriculum:

In addition to making sure the scene is safe, look out for naked morons.

 Several years ago we had our station broken into and our best engine stolen, driven like a rental then set on fire by a couple of local kids thankfully nobody was hurt and they were caught. The main culprit is doing 6 years.We went without an engine for several months until we had a generouse donation by a neighboring department. Which only came about as a result of me contacting an Anchorage TV station and sharing our story to get the word out.The potential for a liability law suit on behalf of the victims family is probable in this day and age hopefully it's aimed at the naked guy and not the department...
