Jimmy Johns has a radio ad playing in the Philly area. A man calls them and when the driver says your house is on fire. So they call the shop for more drivers to help put out the fire. The fire Dept finally shows up and ask the homeowner why he didn't call the fire company first. The homeowner responds that he did.
So basically they are saying that they can deliver a sandwich before the fire company arrives. Is this a petty complaint, maybe. But any negative protrail makes the service look bad. Maybe they forget how hard we work and that 80% are volunteer who have to leave their families.

Get over it. The commercial is funny. I knew the first time I heard it, by the way it has been playing in the Madison Wisconsin area for over a year, that someone would get their feelings hurt by it.
By the way the word is portrayal.
