Did you take the instructor course? If so, then that's your study material. Why would you want a practice test? If it's that important to you, then you make sure you know your stuff. The best test is to try to know your material from cover to cover, so you can be the best you can be. Either you know it, or you don't. Shouldn't be any need for a "practice test".
Just my opinion, that's all.

I apperciate your input, and it is that important to me that is why I am looking for anymore informantion I can find to be prepared. I have taken all kinds of firefighting courses from ff1 to arson investigation courses and everything in between but this instructor is alot of psychology not fire service stuff.
