Not totally, Local 29, everyone has to be a member or they do not work here. Starting in 1975; 1.5 years Boise City Fire, Idaho, Local 652, yes a member. One year Richland, Washington, Local 1052, yes a member. 1.5 years Spokane International Airport Fire Department, Local 1789, was President of Local. 31 years, Spokane Fire Department, Local 29, was President for 9 years.
