Tsk Tsk Tsk....do you dare suggest that infamous "agressive interior attack"?
Shame on you!
Yup, if we actually listened to those empty heads we couldnt do anything. ITS NOT SAFE to listen to airheads.
Now there are some words of WISDOM...or should I say REASON!!!!
Been there done that and bought the book WF. Chief Art hits it right on the noodle.
It depends on the call weather I wear a helmet in the cab. If its a call that we need to get to work asap my helmets on. Im with the Chief on his comments on thes one.
Jack, its always sunny in my world. LOL!
What if you ride a motorcycle to the scene? I can picture someone in full turnouts, helmet, SCBA on their back with the mask hooked around their neck, rolling 60 mph to a call on their Goldwing. That would be AWESOME!!
My lid stays off untill i'm out of the truck...
Pants, coat, and reflective vest inside the truck. Everything else can be put on upon arrival after you exit the rig.
I do believe there is an NFPA standard about wearing helmets in the truck.

We're not allowed to at our department.
Off in the cab.
