Fund Raisers
I Just wanted to know what type of fund raisers do you all do. We do not have a social club to help us out so we rely alot on doing fund raisers and I was just checking into some different ideas. Thank you

We do, dinners, demolition derby, combine derby, concerts, and car washes.

We have an annual picnic, in Aug and we do a gun raffle the day after Thanksgiving during our state deer hunting season. The gun raffle does us really well, and not alot of work is needed. We also run fire protection at the local race track twice a year. We also burn bigger brush piles and fields for people who give us a good donation for it.

pancake breakfast, TV raffle, car wash, christmas tree sales (design an ornament and sell it with the trees, it's great if you make one for every year.) also, we have some good money men, they invest our money and it comes back to us.

Road blocks, Turkey shoots, chilli suppers, wash 4-wheelers at our OHV park and a donation letter. We dont have a social club either, it's just the firefighters and they work great. On the donation letter we deliver it door to door for PR.
