As of today, I was told that they [the feds] do not know if it is going to be a fed or state grant. I'm waiting just like alot of other chiefs want to apply. If I hear anything I'll post it....

Yes, itspart of the Presidents new stimulus package for this year. What actually shakes down is not known at this time.
