Every year around the country stair climbs are held in different cities for firefighters to raise money for different charities. 

This year I plan on attending the Boston Stair climb on Feb 11 at One Boston Place in Boston, Ma.  It is for the American Lung Association.  It is an 82 story 789 stair climb.

I was wondering if any other firefighters have attended or are planning to attended any of these stair climbs around the country.

And if so what you are doing to train for them?
