There are some pretty good books out there that detail how to approach an assessment center.

I have a few of them. Probably all of them even ones hard to find. But very few (one actually) gives you clear cut examples of the different types and only one example for each. I am looking for some real examples. As much as FF's are doing assesment centers today we have to have some out their that can share some detail experiences or some who work for those hosting assesment's that can get great documentation / examples to help others.

WOW, I expected some response from all those newely promoted station officers and above with good examples. I will see about posting some. This is an area even though there are books on the subject really does not assist in preparing officers for it. Even the BEST officer for the job can learn from how assessment centers testings are like.
