Female Civilian Looking At Fire Service Career

I'm looking to get in touch with some female fire fighters, and gain insight as to what it really takes. To see for sure if it's something that would be right for me. I've always been facinated by the fire department, and have found it to be one of the most respectful government aligned jobs out there.
