my dad lost the fight yesterday morning. he had been sick for quite a few years and in pain but not telling anyone. i have learned a few things about my dad that was right under my nose, i'm just like him. he was thinking ahead at all times (be prepared plan a, b, c, d, etc)
be safe (always watching out for others), help others (he was one of the first emts in our county, worked on ems, asst fire chief over 35+ years, on ther first rescue squad in the county, on the jaycees etc.) and if you had a job to do DO IT RIGHT OR DON'T DO. great words tro live by. i know this is long but think what things have your learned from a dad, brother, sister, fellow worker that you plan on passing along????? just think about it

Sorry for your loss, Charles.
My sincerest thoughts and prayers to you and your family for your loss. I lost my Dad last year and my wife this past May, so I know your grief. But there's one thing I've learned about our passing loved ones, the deeds and teachings that they've instilled will be passed down from generation to generation and that spirit and knowledge, along with the memories and love, will never die. Hang in there, brother, Do it Right for your Dad!
My condolences. I lost my Dad in 2003. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think of him. He taught me never to quit. When ,y family was sorting through all of his stuff they kept asking me if there was anything I want. I said give me my Dad back otherwise keep everything else.
I am sorry to hear this...I lost my mom without warning last year. She was the most unselfish person I have ever met. Sadly I never thanked her for all she had done for me. That hurts...
Sounds like your dad was the same way. Your family is in my prayers. God's peace.
