Cross Trained Helmet

Hey all I'm am wondering if your department has a set helmet color for FF/EMT's and what about EMS Officer's that are FF/EMT. I am with a voluteer department and about all of our officer's are FF/EMT and looking at being able to identify EMS on fireground. Any input would be helpful.

Generally they are identified with Blue of some sort and the Star of life. We identify our EMT's with a Blue strip on the helmets (since we all have Black traditional helmets)

Our Officers have red helmets, EMT's have blue, chiefs have white, yellow for everyone else, but if you want to identify officer/EMT the star of life would be the choice

It should be easy to find EMS as they should be in the rehab area or at the command post depending on your agencies IC protocols.
