Collapse pics and articles

Looking for any pics or articles on information where there was a collapse due to failer of trussed roofs, silent floor systems or SIP (Structural Insulated Panel ). I am putting together a class dealing with the hazards that we have to face. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't forget to go to firefighterclosecalls.com, there is a ppt file on there from a silent floor collapse that you could use as well.
