90 seconds of leadership, when it really counted, over the Hudson River. A lifetime of experience and making the choice to be a leader helped Captain "Sully" Sullenberger do the job and bring everyone home alive. His new book, "Highest Duty: My Search for What Really Matters," is on my to read list. Here's a short video from "On Leadership:"

Great video. Makes me want to read his book and hear more. Great points that he makes about being a leader by example and by your actions. Making small contributions day to day as he suggested sure is a respectable way to choose to be a leader and if someday you are asked to perform in the manner he has, then you hope that your lifetime of choices and actions have readied you for the challenge. Inspiring, describes this hero for sure.
