Hello everyone, I am looking for some assistance. I am a dispatcher currently working for a department that only recently separated Police from Fire / EMS dispatch and at this time the Fire/EMS dispatchers do not have a developed Standard of Operating Policies or Procedures. If anyone out there that dispatches Fire, EMS, or both is able to share any established Policies and Procedures for us to use as a guideline in developing our own, I would greatly appreciate it.
