Are rising fuel costs changing how buisness is being ran?

The private ambulance company I work for is really feeling it with the rising fuel prices. They had to shut down for a week because they couldn't pay for any fuel to run the trucks. They have changed it that we are not allowed to take the trucks out for anything except for runs. Always before we could take the truck to wal-mart or wherever to get stuff to cook or go get take-out. What changes are you seeing because of rising fuel prices?

bump, there's got to a department out there somewhere thats feeling the cost of gas in their budget, we so far have not but our ambulance servise has had to ask for more money
