This might be a stupid question, but I trying to see if there is a way to download any of these videos posted on this sight. Some of them would be great to use in training and I can't figure out how to get them. Does anyone know the process?

The RealNetworks Download and Record Manager is the name of the application where you can download flash videos. But if you are going to incorporate the file (flv) into say a power point for training, you might need a converter program change them into a usable format (ie wmv or avi). The flash video format wouldn't play in power point. I use an application called Replay Converter, which will convert the flv files into various avi, mpg, wmv, format resolutions. It wasn't expensive, and it is easy to use. There are many other programs out there, and I am not endorsing any one product or company.
