Need help getting an explore program off the ground!
Okay so I was at our fire company meeting last night and the chief looks at me and tells me I need to get an explorer program started.
We never use to take in anyone under 16 in my company you are considerd a junior until you are 18 years old.
Now they want it to be from 14 years of age to 18 years of age. what I was wondering is if anyone with a explorer program can tell me any of the regulations they must follow.
I am trying to get a new copy of the labor laws for PA and was wanting some hints or if possible some help with how to operate the program for the 14 an 15 year old.
Any help would be appreciated !

Contact your local boy scouts office. They officially run the explorer programs. They have all the regulations and insurance paperwork.
