Instead of 8 hours I will get 9... or 7 if I stay up later... it WILL be dark when I leave work for the day at 5 PM...

I don't mind fall back, especially when my next tour is 4 day shifts. Makes getting up just a little easier... spring forward on the other hand sucks!

The fall back isn't bad and I have to agree going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark does suck... In the Spring it sucks cause you loose and hour of sleep. I guess we just can't win..... LOL
