New to Firefighter Nation

Just wanted to introduce myself. Found this site by accident and what an amazing find. I have been in the fire service for 6 years now, and always learning something new each day. Looking forward to learning something from all of you.

I am going on my 6th year next month and I totally agree about learning all the time.Volunteer firefighters do not get enough of the same calls.When we respond the crew is different so things get done a little different each time

I am new to the site also. I hope to gain some prespective on the current state of the fire service in your departments and how it may help me deal with the changes occuring in mine.
