i picked one up a few weeks ago .... its not a bad light but i still kind of like the 4AA better just because it takes cheeper batteries

I think that if and when I have to get another light it will be the Comander helmet light....My partner has one and it is amazing the amount of light that it can throw out there and it penetrates smoke vey well....for now I am sticking with my 4AA luxeon......Stay safe and remember to keep the faith.....Paul

One light to look at is the Advantage Flashlight, we have them and we like them a lot. They are a Multi Function LED Light that comes Battery or Rechargeable.

I could think of a lot less expensive ways to accomplish the same thing.
