Upstate New York Firefighter's Meet

Ok been thinking, and was wondering if any of the upstate New York Firefighters on Firefighter Nation would be interested in doing some kind of a meet and greet at a central location, for example have a mass cookout/party at a lake or something.
Just an idea,maybe no one will be interested but I thought it would be neat to meet the people behind the pics and posts.

As long as it's not during Training, Spring Conference or Convention season for me...why don't you send the invite to the rest of the FASNY Members group and get some feedback?

I think that its a cool idea. Not only to meet other firefighters, but also for networking. For someone like me who is going to be looking for a job in a couple years after graduating college. It all depends on where it is going to be.
