Fire-opoly- Why is There no Fire Service Version of Monopoly?

Hey! Did you ever notice the plethera of "opoly" games? There's one for almost everything, exept the Fire Service. Let's get some ideas flowing and see if we can come up with something.

What would the properties be? I was thinking some of the biggest fires or most noteworthy fires. Such as MGM Grand Las Vegas, Chicago Fire and San Fransico Fire/Earthquake. Any other suggestions? Or would they be fire stations? Which ones?

I was thinking fire departments, with an image of their patch on the property space. But then I'm stuck with deciding which F.D's to use. Do I use all big city F.D's or volunteer departments? I kind of like your idea about famous (infamous) fires.
