Event Description
Chaplains, other clergy, firefighters, police, sheriffs, EMS personnel, and educators are invited to learn how we can help children, faculty, and parents when nearby schools experience a crisis situation.
Following the Newtown CT shootings, first responders reported having a tough time handling the horrific sights and sounds and smells, and dealing with victims and their families. Our instructor was on-scene, in Newtown and at the Aurora CO theater shooting, and she'll share the very latest "lessons learned."
