May have to chenge id name

This is a sad Day I may have to change my title from Fire Cheif to Regular firefighter but it will not change how I feel about the fire department in my heart. They have said that I as a cheif haven't put on my SCBA and that I am showing favoratism and a whole lot of stupid accusations but I know with the lords help and my Brother firefighters things will be decided in my favor. I would like for all the members of Firefighter nation to pray for me.

In my Department, we go through a rigorous testing process that pretty much eliminates the need to demote someone. Even in rare cases when they do demote a person it is usually one rank (normally for disciplinary reasons too). Seems weird to me that they could bump you down all the way to Firefighter from Fire Chief.
