Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My Grandfathers were both members of Melrose Fire Co. When i was a little kid my Uncle was the Chief and my Father was the 1st Asst. Chief of Melrose for about 13 yrs. I finally joined when i was 17 . For the past 3 yrs ive been 1st Lt. , Lt. is deff the best officers spot... lil bit of bull shit politics and LOTS of training new guys..lol

Why I Love Fire/EMS

the respect and personal feeling of helping somone in the time of need... "Customer Service" its Outstanding or Unexceptable" in other words ""sweep the floor when you leave ""

Training...NOT ENOUGH.. and also Public education needs to be more of it..
