Hi Sid,

You need to have the families are proud to be a fire fighter. This can be done by having parties that you have the firefighters and spouses, recognize recognize, recognize.

You need to be friends, billed up trust thru training, have some fun drills, you can use a game with a tethered ball. Between two posts, need to be about 12' and use it I think the name is,push ball, other team building drills, doing things in the community, have a fire clown that goes into the schools teaching fire safety, pot luck dinner once a month, hire a live band or DJ and have fun dancing at the parties, summer time have a barb-B-cue, let the children get dressed in mom or dad turnout coat and two fire hoses, Most of the parties are catered and have a price for dinner and dancing.

Hope this helps if you want more infor you can email me @lsemt@aol.com
