Attended my first Wild Fire in 1969 as a fire fighter whilst with the Australian Department of Defence (Airforce). Became a Volunteer Rural (Wild Fire) in Queensland, Australia. Held a upward progression of Ranks and semi retired as a Group Officer ( responsible for 14 Brigades) in 2007. Now operating a private business in WildFire Mitigation, Planning and Training
