Hey I seen you were asking for simple fire training idea's... the best play to start is your own fire hall.. do black out searches for casulties with charged hose lines, scba drills, ventalation drills.. anything inexpensive is easy... find a crawl space at a local high school and do confined space searching for a casulty(black out) hydrant practice that starts right off the truck, or even the firefighter games are a good practice after a solid month of hard work.. the best way is to start at basics and work from there... SCBA, Searches, or even if your dept can afford it.. go to a near by burn building and learn from more experienced firefighters.. good luck and stay safe
