About Me:: One of the best thing that I ever did. I still enjoy it and wanting to learn more all the time.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS: To learn the area where I live in more and then get out, but I was addicted to it after the first year.

Top Issues Facing Responders:: Paid, and to little of it. I have to work overseas just to make money in hard times that the US is facing theses days.

At 5:33pm on October 9, 2010, RON aka "LUCKY" said…: James, welcome to the group.. the sites fun and has interesting discussions.. it's nice seeing how other departments and countries work, but i love seeing all the different apparatus used all over the world.. word to the wise, if you wanna trade patches be careful.. there are a few people here looking to get one and not reciprocate.. i will not mail anything till i have something in hand, but you do what you want.. my goal now is not to get a patch, i do not collect them.. but rather, being a brother watch your back and warn you like we should all do good or bad, it's what the brotherhood is all about.. if you wanna add me as a friend, great .. if not that too is OK, my message is intended to welcome you to the group..
