Why I Joined Fire/EMS

Of course the first thought is the excitement, but after that it the service to your community and the people that you serve. Helping those that can't help themselves.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

Serving the community, and the feeling of accomplishment when doing so.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Funding!!!! I believe funding is what holds every department back, with funding you can improve just about everything ie, communications, personnel, training, equipment, prevention, you get the picture. Unfortunately we do not have unlimited funds and we all strugle with that everyday.
