I am a jr on a dept. right know but i was going to talk to the chief of a bigger dept next to were I live that has 3 shifts of 5 guys on it plus call firefighters. I have been looking around and saw that there are some other depts. in the state that have 1 jr per shift and they go in a work with the shift, if you could just give me some pointers/ideas that i could add to what I am going to talk to the chief about that would be great, Thanks!
