I work for buisy station and what you are telling him to do is simply senior guys chores and trying to get out of work quit being lazy and just do your job dont try to pawn it to juniors obtw i have 17 years in service all your advicer is trying to make him your little b%^&* these are thing that need to be don that doesnt earn alot of respect in my book any monkey can roll hose if you want respect from me and my guys perform on the job not station duties bottom line.

Smokenpipes Jim has it right, remember you are cool just belonging to the Brotherhood, However you must learn to be a firefighter and be good at the job. Take the initiative roll that hose, sweep that floor and soon you will have the respect, being cool doesn't start with bending your helmet. Good Luck and be safe out there.
