The "Vintage" Apparatus

I thought that I would start this group for those among us that, in addition to our day to day fire fighting interest, have an interest in the apparatus of days gone by. I currently have a 1954 American LaFrance 700 Series pumper and a 1963 Ford/Hahn pumper.

Not sure if it helps you or not, but we have a 1917/1921 Brockway Ladder Truck. When we looked into the year discrepancy we found that the chasis was made in '17 and warehoused as part of a war effort. Then in '21 it was pulled from the yard, turned into our ladder truck and titled a '21. You may have something similar with yours.
