I spent the last two years focusing on paramedic school. Unfortunately I am now terribly out of shape. I want to return to fire and am looking for a really good exercise program geared toward firefighting. Does anyone have suggestions or know of a good resource? Thanks.
You could also get a fellow buddy to be your "motivator". Most people are always looking for someone to workout with. I loathe running by myself all I do is call my buddy at the neighboring station and we meet up at the track and crank out a mile or two. Seems to go by alot faster and easier when someone is with you.
