Company Mottos

I've seen lots of Companies, Squads, and such that have sayings on their apparatus. Like FDNY has "Midtown Madness" for Ladder Co. 24/Engine Co. 1, or "Never Missed A Performance" on Engine 54 and "Pride of Midtown" on Ladder 4. What is your company/squad motto or what do you have written on your apparatus?

On our engine in my house it says "Diamond Lake Express" down both sides and "Serving with Pride" on the front. Our motto is "They count on us! Remeber, the best will always be called upon to finish what others have started!" We pridwe ourselves on being the best volunteer station in Eastern Washington. We are always educating ourselves to make us the most complete fire/rescue service team around! Thanks for letting me toot our horn. Be safe and learn something new today.

we have three stations in our district. 1 and 2 dont have any mottos but we have been putting some ideas together but station 3 has the motto, "Same Day Service".

On our ladder "Stairway to heaven"
we are still trying to figure out some saying for our rescue and tanker any ideas? we are district 17

Ashburn (Va)-- "In a fix Call 6"

Manhasset Lakeville Fd Co 3n (NY)--"No fire too difficult, No rescue too Great"

Braden River Fd (Florida) tanker comopany "We'll bring the drinks"

fire prevention- "wether you like it or not, we're gonna save your life"

Don't have a Motto but we had an old tanker that we called "Silver Bullet" It had a Yellow Ford cab with a silver water tank on it.

Our 'Official' motto for Franklin Twsp. Vol. Fire Dept is Home of the Fighting 57 since we are Station 57. Across the front of all of our Engines, Snorkel, utilities etc., we have Eternal Vigilance. In Station 1, or the East Side we also have nicknames for each of our trucks. Engine 57-61 is The Broadway Express and Brush 57-81 is The War Wagon.
Also in the county there are The Smokehogs, Firefighting River Rats, mosquito mascots, and in our first mutual aid dept every rig has First In, Last Out.

The city of Buffalo NY's fire department motto is "UT VIVANT ALII" which translates to "so others may live"
