What tools should an explorer carry?

Ok so I have seen explorers carrying many different tools in their bunker/turnout gear and i wanted to know what is some suggested tools we have in our gear while we are at calls?

I don't disagree I never said a cadet should load down with tools, personally I carry no tools aside from what I was issued, I never have a need for them, if I am in a situation where I need a tool I would be at the truck so I get one out of our tool box or with a senior firefighter who will have the tools or will instruct me what to grab.
