Worcester (MA) Taxpayer Fire
Firefighters faced heavy fire in the basement, extending throughout this 1 and 2 sty taxpayer on Main Street on Fri March 5, 10 around 11am.
A 2nd alarm was immediately called and after an aggressive interior attack, conditions quickly deteriorated and firefighters were forced to evacuate and go to an exterior attack. Light smoke turned to heavy smoke within seconds as firefighters were exiting the building causing command to put over a flashover and backdraft warning.
