Wildfires Threaten Calf. Communications

August 31, 2009. Firefighting crews fought to protect millions of dollars worth of communications equipment on Mount Wilson, where wildfires could destroy critical transmitters for police & fire departments as well as for two dozen TV & radio stations across southern California.
