From You Tube; Raw news footage from very late 70's or very early 80's - Pittsburgh PA - Appears to be two firefighters injured in collapse at some type of small church - Possibly East Liberty or Homewood section of city - I pixelated the close up of the injured firefighter - from the video collection of Capt Jack Marks.
