Vigilant, Union, & East Seneca Firefighters responded early this morning at 0056 Hrs for a report of smoke coming from a house on Summit Ave.

Vigilant 9 went on location with smoke showing and reported a working fire in a vacant house. East Seneca 9-2 reported fire in the 2-3 corner with extension to the roof. Command requested Seneca Hose Ladder 6 to the scene. Operations reported fire in the wall on the #2 side between the 1st & 2nd floor and heavy fire was reported in the 1-4 & 3-4 corners. Command ordered all crews out of the 2nd floor and special called Bellevue Ladder 6 to the scene. Command also put South Line to work & requested Reserve FAST to the scene.

Spring Brook filled in at Vigilant & Blossom filled in at East Seneca.

The fire was reported out in 1 hour 58 minutes.
